DESCRIPTION:Register\n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				This month\, we will delve into the art of observation and response through exercises rooted in the Meisner Technique. By engaging in improvisation\, repetition\, and active listening\, we will focus on observing the physical and vocal choices of others\, while exploring ways to be fully present in each moment  Join us for a morning of exploration led by company member Rachael Longo. \n			\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Training is an integral part of theatre KAPOW’s work: acting\, movement\, improvisation\, voice\, speech\, object work\, viewpoints\, and more. Company members have trained with Double Edge Theatre Company\, the Michael Chekhov Studio\, Shakespeare & Company\, The Atlantic Acting School and SITI Company\, and draw on these techniques and methods for their work. \nTraining is open to everyone 16 and older\, with any level of experience or none. Participants should come comfortably dressed to move (no jeans). Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and stretch. \nWater bottle recommended! Pay what you will!\n			\n				Register
