This month: Recipe for Composition
Company Member Carey Cahoon will lead a morning of simple composition. With a list of simple ingredients, some inspiration from your collaborators, and boost of creative energy, you’ll build an original performance starter.
Training is open to everyone 16 and older, with any level of experience or none. Participants should come comfortably dressed to move (no jeans). Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and stretch.
