April 2025 Open Training

This month we will explore ensemble-based storytelling and will work together to craft original dramatic texts for performance. Through Moment Work and Exquisite Corpse techniques, we will manipulate and subvert Western storytelling tropes to defy audience expectations. Come have some fun engaging in collaborative creation, experimenting with form and structure to generate bold, unexpected narratives that challenge traditional theatrical conventions.
Join us for a morning of exploration and experimentation led by company member Matt Cahoon.
Training is open to everyone 16 and older, with any level of experience or none. Participants should come comfortably dressed to move (no jeans). Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and stretch.
